Emerald Inn - Maplewood

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception are fantastic. The staff once helped me find my lost earring, which I still remember. I'm coming back next year!

The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a secure area, just off many restaurants and emerald inn. One of the advantages - great-sized rooms; they included a shower and hairdryers. Everything here was perfect. The location was exceptionally nice and magnificent, for example, Maplewood Mall was at a short distance from the property.

Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Maplewood Mall.

Shower pressure was fine, but the toilet had repeated issues .

The stay was decent, especially given the proximity to local parks, which made it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the helpful front desk staff who provided me with information about nearby attractions. The rates were reasonable for the rooms, although I found the pillows uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. It served its purpose for a quick visit, but there's room for improvement.

The location was excellent. The updates in the hotel were noticeable, contributing to a clean and modern atmosphere. I found the hotel to be surprisingly quiet, great for a restful night despite being near busy areas. I appreciated the friendly staff who were attentive and welcomed me upon check-in.

I stayed at the Emerald Inn for two nights. The location is excellent, right near shopping options and close to the concert venue at Myth. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. My room was generally clean, which I appreciated. The bed felt hard like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom is tiny, everything sits quite low, and I almost slipped in the shower due to a lack of traction. My reservation took some time to locate, even though I booked it five months beforehand, but thankfully, they had available rooms. There was noticeable smoke smell in the hallway coming from other rooms, disappointing. For a simple stay, it served its purpose, but there are definitely areas that need work.

The king room had soap in the shower, a hair dryer, and cost me $85.

Good but could be better

The king room was spacious with a comfy bed. I liked the fridge and microwave for snacks. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had all the essentials like a hairdryer and shower. Nice location with food and shopping close by. Only wish the pillows were better.

Emerald inn was great! The beds were super comfy, and the place was clean. I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. My son was really happy . We found lots of eating options nearby! One desk clerk even lent my son his ipad charger, such a nice touch!

The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in, providing valuable insights about the area. The furnishings felt dated, and the hotel showed signs of age. The cleanliness was commendable, but some areas seemed in need of upgrades.

This place was just a proper fit for a short layover in Maplewood with fantastic value. The front desk staff kept the atmosphere light during a bad snowstorm, which I really appreciated. Be prepared for some dated features, though.

The room was large and comfortable, making for a nice stay. the staff was helpful and excellent throughout my visit. I slept really well during my stay.
